In the 4th to 10th verse of Chapter 9 of Shreemad Bhagavad Gita, Lord Krishna talks about the following amazing things that we can take in our business:
Our Nature:
Your nature affects a lot in your business. It will have a direct effect on your Team, Clients, Products, Support, and everywhere else. Nobody likes an arrogant or bad nature leader.
Existence of a Leader:
Just like, there is no existence of God without His Devotee. You don’t exist without your team.
- Nobody can be a leader without followers
- Nobody can be CEO without a team
- Nobody can be King without your Kingdom.
Always remember, you are not above your business/company.
How the world works:
Lord Krishna said that this whole world works/operates under my direction (notice that he hasn’t said, the world works/operates by me). Here Lord Krishna, move one step forward in management.
Same way, our business should also work under our direction, influence, management. Our presence should not be always required to run a business. We should have proper systems by which businesses can work independently without us, right now, and in the future.
If our presence is required at each step then we will become a bottleneck of our business and it will never make progress and will produce limited output.
Always work and focus on producing a next-level leader who can run an organization when you are not present. Even when you are in Heaven 🙂
