In the last post, we talked about Leadership with Clarity But how or from whom that clarity comes in ourselves and in our team.
In verse 13th of Chapter 9 of Shreemad Bhagavad Gita, Lord Shree Krishna mentioned about “Mahatma”.
Mahatma shows the direction and highlights, “Do this?” instead of saying “Don’t do this“.
As a father, we always say our kids, Don’t do this or Don’t do that. We rarely say, Do this.
Also as a leader, we say lots of time to our team members that Don’t do this, Don’t do that. But we rarely focus on explaining What he/she should do or say Do this. And show him direction.
We should use Positive and Creative words instead of negative words. If possible then try to build a culture of that in your organization.
Great leaders set direction and help themselves and others to do the right thing to move forward.

very nice. my learning is, use positive words always because, what we say, we become. Will practice using positive words only
