In Shreemad Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 9, verse 14, Lord Shree Krishna talks about devotees with great determination.
True devotees do worship constantly, always regularly with great determination.
So a businessman, we should also constantly strive and make efforts with great determination to achieve our goals. Then only we will reach to achieve our goals.
Also, a true devotee doesn’t strive for the growth of himself only, but also for people around himself.
As a businessman, we should also do business for growth and wealth creation. But it should not be limited to ourselves only. We should work for growth and wealth creation with 3 areas,
- Self Growth (આત્મવિકાસ) – From the business, we should grow personally and financially
- Team Growth (લોકવિકાસ) – Our team should also grow with us personally and financially
- Growth of Society (પ્રભુકાર્ય) – People around us should also grow. Like Charity or Doing something towards Nature
Because in the end, the beauty of your life doesn’t lie in how beautiful you are, but by the work (કર્મ) and contributions you do during your life.
