Saptarishi and 7 Departments of Business

As we all know that Lord Param-Pita Brahma created this world. Based on Hindu Mythology, Bramha also has a day which is called a day of Brahma. On that day 12 hours is a day and 12 hours is a night.

During the daytime, Brahma does creation and another 12 hours is called Pralay where no creation happens. This 12 hour is called Kalpa.

Each Kalpa has 14 Manvantara and in each Manvantara there is a leader of that Manvatara called “Manu“. Along with this Manu, there are 7 sages called Saptarishi. These 14 Manus are created by Lord Vishnu as per the 6th Verse of Chapter 10 in Shreemad Bhagavad Gita.

These 7 sages help Manu and committed to set up Humanity on the earth. They do their contributions to various things like writing Vedas, Religious Rituals, Sharing Knowledge with people, etc.

So One Manu with 7 sages, establish Humanity. And this is how the whole universe works.

Same way in any kind of business, any business owner needs 7 Departments or 7 Department Heads to run the business.

  1. Marketing – for Lead Generation
  2. Sales – for Revenue Generation & Lead Closing
  3. HR – for hiring, people & culture development
  4. Account & Finance – Taxes, Accounting and gather data
  5. Operations – Doing real work & Delivering real results
  6. R & D – Finding new products/services/strategies
  7. Management – Managing the whole team & performance review

With the proper functioning of these 7 Departments, any business can achieve the desired results and run the organization smoothly.
